Nature photography provides an escape from a pressured world. For me it is all about being in the ‘moment’, to capture the atmosphere in a way that will create a memory for someone, even though they didn’t have the privilege of being there. I hope to encourage an awareness of natural habitats so that people feel the need to protect them.
My main pursuit in photography is not only trying to observe a species, but to capture it in its environment - to tell its story.
